SHIPPING AND ORDERING


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Since we are a local company, we offer free drop off for the majority of the Greater Seattle area. Chat with your Customer Service rep to see if you are in a qualified area. If you do not fall under our free drop off area, each order is quoted out separately after ordering.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A SPECIFIC LOCATION?

We deliver to your business location. If you have a specific large order you need delivered to a site, there is a delivery fee.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS READY?

You can always check the status of your order on your online ordering portal, which you can access here, or at the top right-hand corner of this site. If you have faxed or called in your order, you will need to check in with customer service for a status update on your order.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A RESIDENCE?

Check with your customer service representative to see if your address qualifies for delivery based on our existing routes.

HOW DO I ORDER PARTS AND PIECES?

We offer an extensive list of parts and pieces for purchase. Please get in touch with your Customer Service rep for ordering.

MOTORIZATION


WHAT ARE YOUR MOTORIZATION OPTIONS?

Almost all of our products come in some form of motorization, including hardwired, plugin and rechargeable power sources. The only two product lines we carry that do not come with a motorization option at this time are verticals and shutters.

HOW MUCH DOES MOTORIZATION COST?

Depends on what kind of motorization package you're looking for! We have many options and styles available. At this point in time our Customer Service team can help you narrow down what you're looking for and provide a quote.

WILL THEY WORK WITH SMART DEVICES?

Yes. We have products to work your shade through Alexa or Google.

DO YOU DO REPAIRS?

We do offer repair service at minimal costs and a great turn around time. Of course, we can have spare parts for our product lines, but other companies' products we won't.

We do not sell retail. However, if you are looking to buy local, or looking to sell our products, go HERE.

DO YOU INSTALL?

No. We do not offer installation services.
